Kathy created a design plan for both our front and back yard based on our input and her knowledge of plants and the site. The install was completed by Kathy and team on time, on budget, with professional results. It turned out beautifully and we look forward to many seasons of enjoyment. Kathy is a complete pro from design to digging, she can do it all!

We engaged Kathy quickly after meeting her and seeing that she had some fabulous ideas for our city-sized back yard. We needed a complete overhaul. Our concrete slab was removed and the overgrown bushes were out. Kathy offered several variations on the patio and garden/landscaping design and didn't charge us for changes or new drafts. The fees were explained up front and were very reasonable. Once we finally selected a design, she got to work on hardscape material and plant selection. Kathy developed a budget and listened carefully to our comments on the types of plants and colors that we wanted to see in the landscaping. The entire process was uber collaborative. 

As our brick patio design got more complex, Kathy stepped in and helped us find a subcontractor with backhoes and tractors to really do the job right. The entire yard needed to be re-graded up about 2 feet and pitched away from the house and garage. The sub she found was amazing. Kathy's crew then came in while we were out of town to finish the plantings and sod.

The finished patio, yard and garden were beyond our expectations. They are a natural extension of our home and upped our resale value beyond the expense of the project. We have neighbors stop by to comment on what a great transformation that has taken place!
